Randwick Race Three Number 2 Pitchfork ($3.10): I think he’s poison odds. Both runs back from a spell have come in weak-ish midweek races on the Kenso track and he has been beaten fair and square both runs. The rise to the mile will help his cause, but $3.10 seems way too short and think he’ll start closer to $5+ come jump time.

Eagle Farm Race Eight Number 1 Viridine ($3.80): Has to be a risk given the set up. He has 61kg, he draws wide, there’s good depth to the line, and the main reason I am against him is the form. He comes through the Starlight, and that form was awful in the Razor Sharp, so while he has class, $3.80 is too short. I couldn’t get him shorter than $6.
