2013 runner-up Dandino, currently an equal third favourite at $11, has been by far the best backed runner in Sportingbet’s market.
“We were offering $35 about Dandino two months ago and the punters have just continued to chip away,” Sportingbet’s Andrew Brown said.
“The only horse we’re holding more money for is Lucia Valentina, but because so many punters are on Dandino at big odds, he’s our worst liability by a long way.”
