Champion trainer Gai Waterhouse could train the card at Rosehill on Saturday according to online bookmaker sportsbet.
Waterhouse, whose runners dominate betting on the eight race program, is quoted at $301 to achieve the feat.
The stable currently has seven pre-post favourites, including multiple Group 1 winning mare More Joyous, who’s at $1.04 in the Golden Pendant.
Her other highly fancied runners are Fat Al ($1.35), Strawberry Boy ($1.80) and Indianapolis ($2.25).
“She has a total of nine runners in the eight races, and her longest priced runner at the moment is Under The Sun at $4.00. Superstar More Joyous is going round at $1.04, and rising star Fat Al is in the Shannon Stakes as $1.35 favourite,’’ sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.
“The price for her to achieve this unprecedented feat is $301. It is a big ask, but if anyone can do the history making achievement Gai can.’’
Waterhouse finishing with three or four winners on the day looks to be the most likely outcome, priced at $1.40, with five winners ($3.50) and one or two winners ($6.50) next in the market.
Of Waterhouse’s runners, Urban Groove has been the best supported, opened as the $4.00 favourite for the Reginald Allen Quality and is now into $2.80.
