Randwick:
Race One Number 3 El Divino (1st):
There is plenty to like about this colt. Sat wide no cover for the trip and halfway down the straight, Astern had him covered, but this horse, who was only having his second start, kicked on strongly and showed that Tulloch Lodge bone and muscle. Like him alot.
Race Four Number 3 Clearly Innocent (1st):
Has the potential to be a Group l horse this bloke. He is a real nut case upstairs, but there is no denying how good he is, and how dominant he was here tells me he is destined for better things.
Race Six Number 8 Yankee Rose (1st):
Dominant winner here, and will win the Champagne. Could not have been ridden better, but she put the field away like a good horse. My bold prediction is that she could well be a contender for the Cox Plate. I have already had a little nibble at her at $51 for the race. She is a star.

Race Two Number 2 Tatoosh (Last):
Didn’t mind him at a price in this race, especially with the blinkers and wet track, but he was very, very plain. Can’t have him on that from the future.
Race Eight Number 14 Exosphere (11th):
Has trialled like Black Caviar, but when it comes to the big boys, he has raced like a midweeker. He won’t be winning a WFA Group l anytime soon if he keeps dishing up this stuff.
Randwick Race Six Number 8 Yankee Rose (1st)- Zac Purton:
He is one of the worlds best and he showed it again with an absolute peach on this filly, who is a star. Had it in the perfect spot, three deep with cover, and when presented into the clear, she put the race to bed and strode. Sure, she was probably better than them, but the ride was just a ripper.
