The CS Hayes Stakes (1400m) at Flemington looks a tough race to sort out with confidence but punters have showed their intent with a horse trained on the track.
They are siding with the hard fit, in form and above average three year old Age Of Chivalry, who won impressively last Wednesday at Sandown and despite rising sharply in grade/depth, he’s clearly been best backed, opening at $9.50 and is now at $6 and has taken over as favourite from Adana ($6.50-$6-$6.50).
The horse I’m really keen to see is Ringerdingding return to Flemington after an encouraging resumption last Saturday. He’s friendless in early betting though, out to $9 from $7.50, which is surprising.
