Black Caviar’s daughter has certainly caught the attention of rank-and-file punters ahead of her debut at Flemington on Saturday.
The unbeaten champ’s daughter Invincible Caviar steps out in race four on the card and it appears fans of the 15-time Group One winner are keen to jump aboard her offspring.
One of the first bets written for the I Am Invincible filly was $10 eachway at a price of $3.40/$1.65. Since then, she has drifted out to $5.50 despite being the second most popular runner in terms of money held behind Seonee.
“Looking at all the bets for her she is easily holding the most individual bets at this early stage,” TAB’s Andrew Georgiou said.
“There are plenty of $3, $5 and $10 bets both for the Win and eachway riding on her too.
“It is no surprise to see she holds the most bets in terms of individual tickets or investments but they are only small bets. Due to the Black Caviar connection, she was always going to catch the attention of punters big and small.
“The bigger punters have steered well clear of her though at this point.”
Seonee has been the best supported runner in terms of dollars held, opening $8.50 to now be $3.80 favourite.
