Wednesday Results: $2 Loss
Last 10 Days: LLLLLLLWLW
Overall Results (Since June 7): $5549 Profit
Bet One- Win- Kembla Race Two Number 4 American Salute:
Meeting unlikely to go ahead, but if it does, she’ll be winning. It was just a nightmare if you were on last time at Canberra, and she cost herself really by being reluctant to race inside horses. Blinker on the near side is on for her…wet track is the only query but if she gets through it okay, she should be winning.
Suggested Bet: $60 Win at $1.9 (Sportsbet)
Bet Two- Win- Moe Race One Number 2 Ginger Jones:
Rain affected track is the query but if he handles it, he’ll take beating. Jumped out well prior to debuting at Ballarat where he settled just off the speed and tried very hard when beaten narrowly by Spielberg. I believe he has trialled on wet ground and got through it okay, and I think gate one will help his cause.
Suggested Bet: $30 Win (Tote)
Bet Three- Win- Moe Race Four Number 3 Credible Witness:
I think back to the 1000m should see Credible Witness take some beating here for the Cameron team. Ran over 1125m last time at Geelong where he got back with cover before presenting and looming large but just couldn’t quite finish it off when fifth to Superhard. Form out of that reads very well and a fast run 1000m looks idea for this gelding.
Suggested Bet: $30 Win (Tote)
Bet Four- Win- Moe Race Six Number 2 King Lear:
Very, very keen to see King Lear resume here. He’s a blacktype class horse who has outstanding form around him from the Grafton Carnival, with a stack of subsequent winners behind him, and the two trials leading in have been sharp. Wet track a further tick. Got a slice of $5.50 and the $5 now is acceptable.
Suggested Bet: $100 Win at $5 (BEt365)
Bet Five- Each Way- Moe Race Seven Number 4 Tall Ship:
Tall Ship is racing really well for Darren Weir. Didn’t mind his effort two back behind Trap For Fools, who has won again. He then went to Caulfield and sat near last in the High Church and given the tempo, I thought he did a good job to get as close as he did. Freshened up for no apparent reason which is the unknown but happy to have something on at the odds.
Suggested Bet: $15 E/W (Tote)
Total Spend: $250
