Bet One- Win- Moree Race Three Number 2 Squared:
She’s the bet of the day for mine. Connie Greig has this mare absolutely flying at the moment. Sharp win two back at Narromine before going to Gunnedah where she was well supported and looked to have her chance but was solid enough in defeat when second to Escebee. Gets the perfect sit off speedster Sweet Missile and should have last say.
Suggested Bet: $40 Win at $2.9 (BetEasy)
Bet Two- Win- Moree Race Seven Number 6 Absolute Ripper:
Absolute Ripper is an Alison Smith trained mare who was confidently supported when resuming over 800m at Narromine and she led for the most part, looking the winner but was bloused late by Squared, who had a 12kg weight swing. Outstanding second up record and I think she’ll better suited here up in trip.
Suggested Bet: $40 Win at $2.6 (BetEasy)
Bet Three- Quaddie- Geelong Quaddie:
This is a ripping program with so much depth so hopefully some value to be had in the quaddie. Tardis looks to be racing well and should appreciate the drop in grade/depth third up. Race eight I didn’t mind the odds about Hochadel but will be going wide in search of value. The penultimate has a Saturday class field with several Stakes class horses. And the last, it’s all about Tamasa and how forward he is.
Suggested Bet: $50 3-8-9-11/1-5-6-7-9-/2-7-8-9-10/4-13-14-18= 12.5%
Bet Four- Win- Toowoomba Race One Number 4 Tony’s Decree:
He wins doesn’t he? David Vandyke trains this three year old gelding, who ran over the 1666 at Ippy last time and to be fair, he probably had his chance but just got bloused late by Justdini. Should lead these for fun and the depth engaged, to the eye, looks very thin. Should win but he’s getting near his last chance.
Suggested Bet: $50 Win at $2.25 (Neds)
Bet Five- Each Way- Devonport Race Nine Number 7 Really Sure:
I think she’s crazy odds in a tricky race. Terence Evans has this mare going quite well I thought. Around three weeks between runs since racing at this track/distance where she sat well back in the run and was held up early on but once she got clear, she worked home quite well I thought and was far from disgraced in running third. Happy to have something on each way.
Suggested Bet: $10 E/W at $17/$3.75 (Bet365)
Total Spend: $200
