Thursday Results: $85 Loss
Last 10 Days: LWLLLLLLLL
Overall Results (Since June 7): $4573 Profit
Bet One- Win- Wagga Race Four Number 10 Refire:
I’m really keen on this horse and speaking to trainer Danny Williams, he gave me a good push. Outstanding debut I thought at Moruya when working home strongly to run a narrow second to Damit. Danny said the horse needed a couple of days to recover from that run but is fine now. Just wants a drop of rain to give the track some cushion. Should be fav IMO.
Suggested Bet: $100 Win at $4 (BetEasy)
Bet Two- Win- Wagga Race Six Number 12 Or Else:
I think in a tricky Class One/Maiden, I think this horse on the up can get the job done. Over three weeks between runs since racing on his home track at Goulburn where he got back but finished off okay without threatening. Blinkers on should hopefully sharpen him up and this race does look thin depth wise.
Suggested Bet: $20 Win at $5 (Sportsbet)
Bet Three- Each Way – Ipswich Race Six Number 8 Final Zero:
Final Zero is a quality mare for Michael Lakey who can certainly win this. Was quite keen on her when she resumed at Ipswich but just had no luck at all in the straight when building the revs and she should have finished closer when third to Crab Boy. Good second up record and is a Saturday winner here in a much stronger race from a couple of preps ago.
Suggested Bet: $25 E/W (Tote)
Bet Four- Win- Moonee Valley Race Two Number 3 Duecourse:
Tricky meeting at the Valley but I think she’s the best. The Wilde stable trains this mare, who is third up here. Last start at the Bool I thought Meech gave the mare every chance but was pipped on the peg by Chippenham, a city performer. Third up last prep she was beaten a pimple by the Stakes performed Bellaria in a hot form race. Think she leads or sits outside/near Our Sea Goddess. Keen on her.
Suggested Bet: $30 Win at $3.6 (BetEasy)
Bet Five- Each Way- Kilmore Race Eight Number 9 River Jewel:
Handy mare for the Weir team who resumes. Has only won the one race from 12 outings, but has contested some decent races throughout her career. First up here but looked very sharp in a recent Burrumbeet jump out and the blinkers/lugging bit are off, suggesting she’s relaxing, and off the trial that looks to be the case.
Suggested Bet: $25 E/W (Tote)
Total Spend: $250
