There were some pretty impressive efforts at the Rosehill trials on Tuesday, most notably from the Chris Waller stable. Find out down below who caught our eye the most.

Rosehill- Tuesday, June 9, Weather Fine, Track Soft 5.
Heat One- Defrost My Heart (5th):
Former French mare now with Chris Waller and he looks to have got another ripping import on his hands here. She jumped okay from the gates and settled worse than midfield and wide. She was out wide on the track on the turn and despite not being under pressure, she really closed off very strongly. Keen to see where she goes.
Heat Two- Kristy Lee (3rd):
Beautifully bred mare who hasn’t quite lived up to her pedigree, but she is a proven city performer. Trialled really well here. Sat worse than midfield in the run and hugged the rail for Bowman. She wasn’t extended at any stage and closed off very nicely. Not normally known as a first up performer, but her barrier trials have been very encouraging.
Heat Three- Kilmarnock (4th):
Unraced Husson colt for Chris Waller who looks to have his fair share of ability. He settled back in this particular trial and on the turn and at the top of the straight he was placed under pressure, but he responded very well and finished off the trial nicely in the end, with Bowman easing him down.
Heat Six- Echo Queen (1st) and Denman Dreaming (2nd):
These two were the clear standouts in this particular trial. Denman Dreaming attempted to lead all the way and travelled well, but on her outside was Echo Queen for Chris Waller and Hugh Bowman, and after being put under pressure from Bowman, the filly responded in excellent, in particular her last 50m. Denman Dreaming was under little pressure and she looked pretty good herself.
