The Bookmaker.com.au app is in the same class as it’s fellow Ladbrokes owned bookmaker apps. It’s quality. Although the Bookmaker website hasn’t taken after the standard Ladbrokes design, the app has, and it’s very good.
I wouldn’t call it the best app on the market but it’s sleek look and functionality certainly put it in the ball park. Unfortunately the only thing that lets it down is the fact the products and promotions offered by Bookmaker aren’t always as good as the competitors such as Sportsbet and Crownbet.
But the app itself works well. The only disappointing thing is that when using the app on an iPhone it requires you to have allow location services to be switched on, even when you’re not using the app. This is an issue that will leave quite a few punters frustrated.
Bookmaker.com.au should also be credited for developing an app for the Apple Watch which we have yet to test but just have the option is a great plus for bettors.

Bookmaker have taken a similar path as many other bookmakers by developing a mobile website that goes hand in hand with their mobile app.
While there are clear advantages over using an app over the mobile browser, such as fingerprint touch to login features, the mobile site still holds up well.
The speed and sharpness of the mobile site is the best we have seen along with the Ladbrokes and Betstar mobile sites. By having such a high speed mobile site finding your way around it a breeze.
The bet slip works flawlessly and placing multi bets and exotics is relatively simple compared to other bookmakers.
The only disappointing thing with this Bookmaker.com.au mobile site is the lack of unique offers available.
