The Memsie Stakes has attracted 26 nominations including nine Group One winners.
The 1400m weight-for-age feature at Caulfield on Saturday is the first Group One race of the Australian season and the entries include Boban, Happy Trails and 2013 Caulfield Cup winner and last year’s Cox Plate runner-up Fawkner.
Other Group One winners are Magicool, Rising Romance, Set Square, Smokin’ Joey, Temple Of Boom and Volkstok’n’barrell.
Along with Boban, premier Sydney trainer Chris Waller will also run Weary in the $400,000 race.
Weary will be chasing his first Group One win having been placed at the highest level three times.
The 2013 Caulfield Cup runner-up Dandino, now trained by Darren Weir, is entered to make his return from an injury lay-off.
