After a cracking 2014 #MelbourneCup race, Twitter Australia has crunched the numbers which show that today’s event really was the race that stops a nation – before a huge roar of the crowd.
The below graph shows a sharp spike occurred at 15:09pm when Protectionist stole the glory and won the #MelbourneCup for 2014.
