Australian champion mare Black Caviar has commenced the final leg of her trip home from England with her Cathay Pacific Cargo flight departing Hong Kong for Melbourne on Tuesday.
Black Caviar, whose Group One Diamond Jubilee Stakes win at Ascot made it 22 from 22 starts, is due back in Melbourne at 4.15am (AEST).
She will be accompanied by her new stablemate, former Italian star Voila Ici who is preparing for the Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup.
The pair will go from the airport to the Werribee International Horse Centre for two weeks post arrival quarantine.
