The $4 Million Queen Elizabeth Stakes (2000m) was the feature race on Saturday at Randwick and it was a dominant win by Criterion. Who caught our attention on the track? Find out down below:

Randwick-
(Forgive) Race Four Number 2 Lake Geneva (3rd):
Sat three wide no cover, cruised up to win 300m out but just felt the pinch late after covering ground. Could develop into a serious filly in the Spring and she has Thousand Guineas written all over her.
(Forgive) Race Five Number 10 Mossfun (4th):
Prepared to forgive the 2014 Golden Slipper winner. She sat three deep no cover for the entire and no horse was able to do that successfully this afternoon. Fought on well under the circumstances.
Race Ten Number 3 Avoid Lightning (1st):
Star mare that trialled in brilliant fashion and the punters were keen, and she duly saluted in impressive style, knuckling down strongly when it mattered most. Heading towards Brisbane and the Tatt’s Tiara is her race to lose IMO.

Race Five Number 2 Rubick (5th):
This was D-Day for him and he didn’t stand up. Boom and wraps on him were huge, but he has failed to live up to it.
