There were some nice performances at the Caulfield jump outs on Tuesday Who caught our eye the most? Find out down below.
BLACK BOOK: Black Book these runners HERE and don’t miss their next run!
Caulfield- Tuesday, March 31, Weather Fine, Good.
Heat One- In A Smile (4th):
Peter Moody youngster that has only had one start, running fourth at the Valley in December. She looked quite good in this jump out, sitting out the back before peeling wide on the turn and letting down strongly under no pressure to run fourth. Looks like a coming winner for sure this prep.
Heat Four- Lonhro/Talus (2nd):
Unraced type for Colin Scott who looks to have plenty of ability based on this jump out where he showed good speed to lead most of the way, only to be caught late, but he did look to travel really well in the run and was under a nice hold all the way.
Heat Six- Sebring Lane (1st):
Mick Price filly that has looked very impressive at the jump outs, including here, where she led all the way and bolted in, running fast time for the morning. Keen she’ll win first up where ever she goes.
Heat Eight- My Moochie (3rd):
John Salanitri filly that failed badly on debut at Yarra Valley back in October, but she looked pretty sharp in this jump out, sitting on speed most of the way and going to the line under a nice hold for third.
